Clark Crane

Dr. Crane is an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics and medicine at the University of California San Diego. He is an adult and pediatric nephrologist practicing at Rady Children’s Hospital and UC San Diego Health. His clinical interests include the care of kidney transplant patients, general pediatric nephrology, and the transition of pediatric patients to adult care. His research focuses on transplant immunology, histocompatibility utilizing molecular mismatch, the interplay between infection and rejection, and studying how biomarkers can enhance the precision of care for transplant and nephrology patients.
